My recent stay at Shangri-La surpassed all expectations. From the moment I entered, the elegant staff transported me to a bygone era with their impeccable service and attention to detail. the room, featuring a spacious terrace and luxurious sitting area, was a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional Emirati design. the impeccable air conditioning and top-notch ironing facilities ensured a comfortable and convenient stay. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, along with the well-stocked mini-bar, added a delightful touch to the overall experience. the bathroom, boasting a separate tub and shower with premium free toiletries, was a sanctuary of relaxation. the flat-screen TV and plush carpeted floors added a touch of luxury, while the prompt communication and service at the pool bar were commendable. the pristine beach and exceptional dining options in close proximity made my stay truly unforgettable. Shangri-La not only met but exceeded all my stringent criteria, setting a new standard for luxury hotels in the region.
